Education
- Technical education is a must; ideally Engineering degree (5 years or MBA) in one
of the following courses : Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plant and
Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering
- He/she knows at least 2 Languages : English and at least one between German,
French, Italian
Experience
- Extensive experience (at least 6 years) in Construction Jobsites with the role of
Supervisor or Responsible of Mechanical Workshop for Mobile Equipment. Specific
and extensive knowledge of themost of the typical Mobile Equipment present in
Construction Jobsites is mandatory.
- Robust experience in managing and complying with local regulations
- Strong experience in all the phases of the Project life-cycle and of the Asset life-
cycle : mobilization, area's lay-out definition and Workshop implementation,
planning of operations and operations scheduling, demobilization
- Strong and extensive experience in Maintenance Management throughout all
different, typical technologies : Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Mechanical, etc.
- Previous, robust experience in OEM Workshop's or equivalent (Dealers, OEM-Authorized Workshop's, etc) is a plus
Equipment and Plants Maintenance
- Deep and advanced knowledge of Maintenance main concepts : O&M Manual,
MTBF, MTTR, Availability, Equipment and Plants Maintenance schedule, Spare
Planning and Management and Stock of Spare Management.
- Local Equipment regulation knowledge (if Italian : CE marking)
Software Knowledge
- Microsoft Office package knowledge : advanced level is preferred
- SAP : medium level is preferred
- AutoCAD : good level (he can open and analyse technical drawings) is a plus
Problem Solving
- Very good and proved ability in Problem solving on the field : ability to manage high
stress and emergency situations with structured and methodical approach
Team Work and Leadership:
- Strong communication oral and written.
- Proactivity in managing the team and in the interaction within the other internal and external function according the need
- Strong leadership and integrity, acts with freedom of information and develops and supports his team in all the technical aspects
