As an individual contributor within Product Lifecycle Management you will provide dedicated capacity to enable launch and lifecycle execution across new market launches, product variations, and supply-readiness activities. The role coordinates cross-functional inputs, maintains launch plans, tracks milestones, risks and deliverables, and prepares concise governance updates for management review. The position works closely with PLCM, Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, S&OP, Manufacturing and Distribution partners to keep execution aligned with approved launch strategies and business priorities. The role is expected to manage ambiguity, escalate constraints early, and document decisions, assumptions and lessons learned to strengthen launch excellence practices.

Job Description:
 

  • Scope / Accountability: Contributes to launch and lifecycle execution within PLCM and may coordinate work across multiple functions or markets. Maintains operational trackers, action logs and governance inputs with limited supervision. May take ownership of defined workstreams, deliverables or launch-readiness activities.
  • Impact / Influence / Liaison: Impacts launch readiness, milestone visibility and timely cross-functional execution. Interacts primarily with PLCM colleagues and cross-functional partners across Global Supply Chain, Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, S&OP, Manufacturing and Distribution. Errors or delays may affect launch timelines, governance decisions or supply-readiness visibility.
  • Decision Making, Discretion & Latitude: Identifies execution gaps, prioritizes follow-up actions and proposes practical mitigation options. Escalates material constraints or decision needs to management with clear context, options and recommended next steps. Executes agreed workstreams independently within established priorities and processes.
  • Knowledge & Skills: Requires practical knowledge of launch execution, supply chain planning, lifecycle management and cross-functional project coordination. Strong written communication, dashboard/reporting discipline, stakeholder follow-up and issue-management skills are essential. Ability to prepare clear executive-ready summaries is important.


Key Responsibilities:
 

Coordinate launch and lifecycle execution 35%:
  • Coordinate day-to-day launch and lifecycle activities across Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, S&OP, Manufacturing and Distribution stakeholders.
  • Track dependencies and ensure actions are aligned with agreed launch strategy, readiness milestones and business priorities.

Maintain integrated plans, milestones and deliverables 20%:
  • Maintain detailed launch plans, milestone trackers and deliverable logs.
  • Confirm ownership, due dates and status updates, and prepare concise summaries for PLCM and governance forums.

Manage risks, issues and escalations 15%:
  • Identify timeline, supply-readiness, regulatory or documentation constraints early.
  • Document risks, mitigations, decisions and escalation needs so management can act on clear options.

Prepare governance and stakeholder materials 15%:
  • Draft and maintain launch readiness updates, dashboard inputs, decision logs and briefing materials.
  • Convert complex cross-functional information into clear, executive-ready messages.

Embed process discipline and continuous improvement 10%:
  • Capture lessons learned, process gaps and recurring execution issues.
  • Recommend practical improvements to launch ways of working, templates and portfolio-level visibility.

Other duties 5%:
  • Perform other job duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Your Profile:
 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
  • APICS, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent practical experience is an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain, launch execution, Lifecycle Management, manufacturing coordination, project management or similar operational roles.
  • Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical or other regulated environments preferred.
  • Strong planning, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills. Able to reduce complex issues to key decisions and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Proficiency with planning, tracking and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, Excel, SAP, Oracle or equivalent systems is an asset.
  • Fluent English.
