This role focuses on capturing and implementing comprehensive AP use cases, enabling efficient workflows and business optimization on the ServiceNow platform.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, especially in the Finance unit, to document and analyze AP workflows and requirements.</li><li>Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements tailored to the ServiceNow AP module.</li><li>Use Case Development: Create and prioritize AP use cases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.</li><li>Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and enhance efficiency through automation within ServiceNow.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops and meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.</li><li>Project Coordination: Assist in planning timelines and deliverables for AP-related initiatives while providing updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and challenges.</li><li>Delivery Support: Act as the bridge between the Finance unit and the ServiceNow delivery team, ensuring successful implementation of AP-related features.</li></ul><h3>Your Profile</h3><ul><li><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>5+ years as a Business Analyst with hands-on ServiceNow expertise.</li><li>Proven success in implementing the ServiceNow AP module.</li></ul></li><li><p>Technical Skills:</p><ul><li>Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module capabilities.</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks is a strong asset.</li></ul></li><li><p>Certifications (Preferred):</p><ul><li>ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).</li><li>Certified Application Developer (CAD).</li><li>Certified System Administrator (CSA).</li></ul></li><li><p>Soft Skills:</p><ul><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.</li><li>Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.</li><li>Fluent in English; French proficiency is a significant advantage.</li></ul></li></ul><h3> </h3>
