In this role you will serve as a key driver of successful system adoption within the Supply Chain team, working closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including Supply Chain, IT, Demand Planning, and other functional areas. The primary goal of this role is to enable the smooth integration and effective utilization of planning systems through structured change management and robust training initiatives.

Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Training & Documentation (30%):
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for system users.
- Oversee functional learning in planning and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, training guides, and user manuals.
- Conduct overall reviews of planning-related documents and incorporate them into the planning playbook.
- Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities are available for system users.
- Ensure timely updates and communication of new processes, changes, and learning modules.
2. System Adoption & Change Management (40%):
- Conduct change assessments and surveys to gauge system adoption readiness.
- Create and execute training plans to enhance user engagement and knowledge.
- Monitor system usage and generate engagement plans to increase adoption.
- Identify barriers to adoption and recommend corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement: Identify key stakeholders, map their influence and involvement, and create engagement strategies to secure buy-in and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Impact Analysis: Assess how changes to the planning system will affect various business units, processes, and roles. Create mitigation strategies for potential resistance.
- Communication Planning: Develop a structured communication plan to inform stakeholders of key milestones, changes, and benefits, ensuring clarity and minimizing disruptions.
- Readiness Assessments: Regularly assess organizational readiness for new processes and system updates. Address gaps through targeted interventions.
- Behavioral Reinforcement Plans: Design initiatives to reinforce desired behaviors post-implementation, including coaching, mentoring, and feedback loops.
3. Team Workshops & Organizational Support (10%):
- Support team workshops, activities, and kick-off events to promote learning and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and capability-building opportunities.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to build internal competencies.
4. Sustainment and Continuous Improvement (10%):
- Implement a structured support process for the first 90 days after deployment, with dedicated feedback loops for continuous learning.
- Establish metrics (KPIs) to monitor system usage, training effectiveness, and process adherence.
- Conduct regular workshops and refresher training sessions to maintain skill levels and address evolving business needs.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and recommend adjustments to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer to internal teams to build self-sufficiency over time.
5. External Tools & Capability Building (5%):
- Identify external tools that can accelerate system adoption and improve planning capabilities.
- Support internal development and organizational capability building through effective training programs.
6. Risk Management and Governance (5%):
- Identify risks related to system adoption and develop proactive mitigation plans.
- Establish a governance model to oversee change management activities, track progress, and address escalations promptly.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Change Management certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology adoption, system implementation, supply chain management and/or change management
- Experience in leading organizational change and transformation
- Proven experience with system adoption and large-scale training programs
- Strong understanding of planning tools and processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in documentation management
- Fluent in English
