We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team for a temporary project. In this hands-on role, you will be the backbone of our digital operations, ensuring our business units have the reliable IT infrastructure and support they need to succeed.

## Your Mission ?
Your primary goal is to ensure business continuity by providing outstanding technical support and managing our local IT environment. You will be a key player in both daily operations and new digital deployments.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- End-to-End Asset Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of our IT assets (Dell clients, HP/Canon printers). This includes procurement, inventory management, and configuration using our in-house MDM tool (IMU).
- Incident & Service Management: Act as the 2nd level of support for all hardware and software issues. You'll manage and resolve incidents efficiently using our ticketing system (iDesk) and escalate when necessary.
- Project Support & Deployment: Provide crucial on-site technical support for the deployment of new digital projects and the lifecycle refresh of existing hardware.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance, routine monitoring, and basic hands-on tasks for our server and network infrastructure (cabling, responding to alerts).
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the local point of contact for our vendors, managing support tickets, upgrades, and change requests.

You'll be working with a mix of industry-standard and proprietary tools in a well-supported environment. You can always rely on our comprehensive knowledge base (Wiki) and a global helpdesk for support.
- Hardware: Dell Clients, HP/Canon Printers, HP Proliant Servers, Nutanix Hyper-converged Infrastructure.
- Software & Platforms: Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, VMware.
- Networking: Cisco/Aruba Switches.
- Core Tools: iDesk (BMC Remedy for ticketing) & IMU (our user-friendly MDM tool).
## What You'll Bring to the Table ?
We're looking for someone with a blend of technical skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Experience: Proven experience in a technical support role, providing 2nd level support for hardware and software.
- Languages: German & English (fluent)
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10 environments, client hardware, and printers. You have a general understanding of server, virtualization (VMware/Nutanix), and network concepts.
- Problem-Solver: You can take ownership of an issue, prioritize effectively based on business impact, and see it through to resolution.
