The Opportunity
We are seeking an operationally-minded Accounting Manager to lead our transactional finance team. This is a pivotal role for a professional who thrives on creating structure and driving operational excellence within a fast-paced international environment.
As a specialist in process optimization, you will not only manage the day-to-day accounting activities but also act as an architect for financial frameworks that ensure precision and scalability. You will be a key partner to the finance leadership, ensuring that our accounting "engine" runs with maximum efficiency.

Financial Reporting & GL: Take full ownership of the General Ledger (GL) for specific Swiss entities, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with Swiss standards.
Strategic Deputization: Serve as the primary backup for the Head of Accounting, providing high-level support on technical accounting matters and operational decisions.
Process Transformation: Continuously evaluate and improve existing accounting workflows. You will play a leading role in enhancing efficiency and preparing the team for future collaboration with international shared service centers.
