Die Organisation Global Clinical Supply (GCS) ist für das End-to-End-Management klinischer Studien verantwortlich. GCS überwacht die Planung, Beschaffung, Etikettierung, Verpackung und Lieferung von klinischem Studienmaterial an Prüfzentren in mehr als 60 Ländern – unter Einhaltung globaler regulatorischer Anforderungen, interner Unternehmensrichtlinien sowie Standard-Arbeitsanweisungen (SOPs).

Aufgabengebiet:

Klinische Verpackung

Abfüllen, Etikettieren und Verpacken von klinischen Studienpräparaten gemäß geltenden Vorschriften
Manuelles oder halbautomatisches Abfüllen fester Arzneiformen (Tabletten, Kapseln) in Primärpackmittel gemäß SOPs und Verpackungsanweisungen
Manuelles oder halbautomatisches Etikettieren und Verpacken klinischer Prüfpräparate gemäß SOPs und Verpackungsanweisungen
Exaktes Arbeiten nach Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs), BatchVorschriften, internen Unternehmensrichtlinien sowie den Anweisungen der verantwortlichen Studienleitenden
Bedienung von Maschinen und Geräten zur Bereitstellung von klinischem Studienmaterial

Dokumentation

Durchführung und Pflege aller verpackungsspezifischen Dokumentationen, Logbücher sowie elektronischer BatchDokumentationen
Dokumentation gemäß internen Dokumentationsrichtlinien
Durchführung von SAPTransaktionen sowie Verantwortung für die korrekte SAPHandhabung im eigenen Aufgabenbereich

GMPCompliance

Strikte Einhaltung aller Verpackungs, Arbeits-/ und Firmenweisungen
Unverzügliche Meldung von Abweichungen oder besonderen Vorkommnissen an den Vorgesetzten

Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Life Sciences, Gesundheitswesen oder Lebensmittelindustrie von Vorteil
Erfahrung im GMPUmfeld (Must have)
Erfahrung in der Arbeit im Reinraum wünschenswert
Teamorientierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit (Must have)
