Your responsibilities:

  • Organizational and logistical support (briefing, planning and conception, support of the approval process in the CRM tool) including budget and timeline responsibility for medical/scientific events (including international/national congresses, medical education events such as workshops and symposia)
  • Advisory Board Management
  • Regular exchange with the Project Owner (Medical Advisor/MSL) on the current project status, timelines/deadlines and budget overview for medical education events
  • Primary contact for HCPs with organizational questions and concerns at the events above-mentioned
  • Active participation in sharing best practice sessions for medical associates in order to discuss / improve processes, to ensure comparable working methods and to ensure back-ups and mutual support between medical associates in other therapeutic areas
  • Contact person for agencies (World Events, AMEX, C2) to ensure technical equipment and/or organizational support on site
  • Supporting the Medical Therapy Area team in administrative and organizational tasks through independent maintenance and processing of various systems and platforms
  • Processing of payments to suppliers/service providers via eMP, HPR or manual bank transfers for the respective Medical TA team
  • Support with the onboarding of new employees in the team
  • Super user role or process champion for one of the systems or processes supervised when required
  • If necessary: production and reworking of medical training materials such as scientific programs, cellophane cards, etc.
