Tasks and Responsibilities
As a general nurse, you'll have a crucial role in our client's interdisciplinary healthcare team.

You'll be working in a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Providing professional nursing care in the care department.
  • Working alongside an experienced nurse during your induction period.
  • Achieving the goals of the hospital department within the framework of responsibility for quality of care, work atmosphere, and patient well-being.

  • Qualifikationen

    Requirements
    Are you the one we're looking for? Here's what you need to bring to this role:

    • Bachelor's degree in nursing or similar qualification.
    • +/- 1 year's work experience in a hospital as a nurse in the care departement
    • High level of independence in performing tasks.
    • Proficiency in computer usage.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Crossborder Talents are welcome: For diploma recognition by Red Cross Switzerland, you need a European nursing diploma and language skills in French, Italian or German at least on level B2 with exame or native language.
    • Willingness to improve German language skills at least to Level B2
