Flexibility for various shifts (day, evening, and night work, and yes, weekends too if needed)
Team player mentality
German or French proficiency at B2 level
Willingness to relocate to Switzerland or working near the border as a cross-border commuter
Having citizenship from a Schengen area country? That's a bonus!
