The main purpose of the R&D Kitchen Assistant and Stewarding position is to support the Flagship (R&D) team in culinary operations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Your roles and responibilities:

  • Deliver a clean and organized kitchen by washing, sanitizing, and storing kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment accodrding to defined specifications.
  • Assist the R&D Chefs in food preparation by accurately measuring ingredients, chopping vegetables, and assembling dishes following recipes and instructions.
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards by following proper handling, labeling, and storage procedures for ingredients and food products.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of kitchen supplies and notifying the supervisor when items need to be replenished.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient operation of the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the culinary operations.
