We are currently seeking qualified candidates for an System Integration Engineer position in the Olten (SO) or Bubikon (ZH) areas of Switzerland. This role offers a unique chance to work with a global leader in the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge Inertial Guidance Test Systems and Hardware-In-The-Loop motion simulators. These high-precision motion simulators are utilized across industries including aerospace, defense, automotive, and consumer electronics.

Your Role:

  • Undertake interdisciplinary responsibilities for system integrations across electrical engineering, control engineering, mechanics, and measurement technology.
  • Execute system integrations both on-site and at customer locations, including installations.
  • Prepare and conduct customer acceptance tests, as well as customer training sessions.
  • Implement refurbishments and document system processes comprehensively.
  • Provide support to the service team for complex activities.


Your Profile:

  • Possess a degree (Bachelor, FH, or equivalent) in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering (with specialization in drive/system technology preferred).
  • Knowledge in control and drive engineering would be advantageous.
  • Display high independence, flexibility, and willingness to travel (approximately 50-60% of the time).
  • Fluency in German or English is required, with proficiency in French or other languages as a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
