Learning Associate.

The PO&T Learning Associate collaborates with Functional Learning Partners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and/or area management to define learning needs and execute at site.
We're looking for a dynamic person with good analytical and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the curriculum and learning assignments for the site area of responsibility while ensuring that global alignment is appropriate.
• Maintaining relationships with site based customers.
• Provide updates to leadership as required.
• Act as the primary point of contact and maintain a deep understanding of the training program and how it applies to the site.
• Use knowledge of systems and processes to address general questions regarding the learning process and function.
• Perform assessments of changes requested by business and approves on behalf of learning and performs assessment of controlled documents for training impact.
• Make recommendations to address any learning gaps or change in scope of audience.
• Supports audit activities as needed.
