Google Switzerland is Switzerland's most attractive employer for the third consecutive time
The winner of this year's Randstad Award is certain: Google Switzerland. For the third consecutive time, Swiss employees have named the search engine company as the most attractive employer in Switzerland. Following Google Switzerland, Swatch and Lindt & Sprüngli occupy places two and three.
On 26 April 2017, the fourth Randstad Award ceremony took place at "Sektor 11" in Zurich Oerlikon. The evening's theme was "Future Readiness" and the event attendees dared to take a look into the working world of the future with Torsten Rehder, Trend Supervisor at TRENDONE.
Following an impressive performance by Swiss Soul-Singer Ira May, it was time for the presentation of the Randstad Award. Google Switzerland won the Randstad Award as the most attractive employer in Switzerland for the third consecutive time. Google Switzerland Country Director Patrick Warnking commented on the award: "We are very pleased that Swiss employees have decided to award Google with the Randstad Award for the third time in Switzerland. We will continue to invest in a good corporate culture and in the personal development of our employees."

This year, SBB and Pilatus Aircraft were able to join the list of the top 10 most attractive employers for the first time. General Electric made the largest leap forward this year. The company improved in ranking by 39 places. In addition, General Electric was rated highest in the "use of newest technologies".
About the Randstad Award and Randstad Employer Brand Research
The first edition of the Randstad Award took place in 2000 in Belgium and has been taking place in Switzerland as well since 2014. The first winner was the watch manufacturer Patek Philippe. In 2015 and 2016, the Randstad Award for the most attractive employer in Switzerland went to Google Switzerland. Randstad Employer Brand Research is a representative and independent study on "employer branding". Companies cannot apply to take part.
