Business Analyst - Based in Madrid - Financial Services Platforms

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for transforming customer-facing financial platforms? Randstad Digital Switzerland is looking for a talented professional to join us in supporting a major client based in Madrid. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements & Solution Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to define digital customer journeys, user stories, personas, and process flows while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory standards.
• Digital Transformation: Identify key opportunities to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery across front-end financial platforms.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main liaison between business, operations, and IT teams. Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Documentation & Delivery: Create and maintain high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs), process maps, user guides, and training materials.
