Tasks & Responsibilities:
... - Main point of contact for import and distribution-related questions at the site, as well as an advisory interface for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordination of import and export processes for the entire site, including invoice verification, preparation of clear customs instructions for external brokers, verification of customs clearance, and maintenance of relevant data.
- Preparation of complete shipping documents in accordance with the Global Trade Compliance Standard and Good Distribution Practice, including pro forma invoices, packing lists, dangerous goods declarations, and certificates of origin.
- Ensuring all necessary import and export permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordination, organization, and monitoring of temperature-controlled air and ground transport for national and international shipments.
- Processing customs declarations via the EDEC/Expovit system.
- Creation, maintenance, and analysis of relevant statistics and operational key performance indicators.
- Performance of activities in accordance with trade compliance standards, SOPs, and internal guidelines.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and EHS regulations within your area of ??responsibility.
- Creating, reviewing, and approving GMP-relevant documentation.
- Utilizing regulated systems, such as Veeva and MEDS, to perform GxP-relevant activities.
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in international trade
- Experience with regulatory requirements, particularly GMP and GDP, is advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Independent, structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented work style.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
