  • participation requirements.

    • All temporary workers who worked for Randstad in 2024 are eligible for a referral bonus.
    • Send your referral to your Randstad agency with the following details: name, place of residence, date of birth, phone, email, candidate's profession.
    • Make sure you have the candidate's permission to refer them.
    • The candidate must not be registered with Randstad (more than 6 months).
    • The referral must be made before the candidate's first assignment.
    • Regularly check the news on the My Randstad App to find out which profiles are being sought.

  • bonus payment.

    • CHF 100.– if your referral (candidate) has worked at least 40 hours.
    • An additional CHF 400.– if your referral (candidate) has worked at least 500 hours.
    • CHF 500.– if your referral gets a permanent job and the probationary period has been successfully completed.
    • Important: The hours worked can be accumulated over multiple assignments – these must be completed within 6 months of the first assignment.
