Press Release

Randstad has a new brand promise

From 4 October, Randstad will appear with a completely revised brand image. The new brand promise "Human Forward" serves as both the foundation and overarching strategy for the innovative recruitment agency's future communication.

The technological transformation is happening everywhere. It is having an increasing impact on every element of our lives - including the world of work. As one of the leading recruitment agencies, Randstad is playing an active role in shaping this transformation. This is why the Randstad Innovation Fund was set up some time ago with the aim of developing and implementing innovative HR technologies.

Putting humans first

However valuable technology is for Randstad, and indeed for the HR industry as a whole, it is still "only" a tool and must never become an end in itself. This realization underpins the new Randstad brand promise: Human Forward. "Our promise means that we make a conscious effort to put people first, by supporting candidates to realize their full potential. In doing so, we not only help candidates to climb the career ladder, but also support the growth of the teams and companies in which we place them", says Taco de Vries, CEO Randstad Switzerland AG.

More than a slogan

Human Forward is more than a promise: it is an attitude. This is demonstrated by the company's completely revised brand image. Along with the new website, all communication material will now appear in the new, contemporary and "human" design. Warm colors, rounded shapes and totally new visual imagery combine to create a sense of closeness and affinity. "Genuine relationships are not formed by data but instead require human interaction and empathy. These human qualities are what set Randstad apart, and they come together with modern technology to create Human Forward", explains Kerstin Lehnert, Manager Marketing at Randstad Switzerland.
