Swiss International Air Lines is once again Switzerland's most attractive employer

For the second time in a row, Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) has been rated the most attractive employer in the large independent Employer Brand Research study and has been presented with the Randstad Award. After the airline, second and third place were taken by the watch manufacturers Patek Philippe and Rolex.

The sixth Randstad Award ceremony was held on March 28, 2019 at Aura in Zurich. The event motto was "learning from the best". In this spirit, five HR experts participated in a lively discussion about trends in HR as well as the findings from the latest Employer Brand Study. In her keynote speech, international management coach, Nicole Brandes, demonstrated to event participants what distinguishes true leaders and how they can find a balance between digitalization and the human factor in the future.

Distinction helps with recruiting

SWISS won the Randstad Award as the most attractive employer in Switzerland for the second time running. Christoph Ulrich, Head of HR at Swiss International Air Lines said, "We are very pleased we have defended our title. This year, SWISS hired 1,000 new employees. This shows how significant a strong employer branding and a good reputation on the job market are".

This year, Siemens was able to join the list of the top 10 most attractive employers for the first time. Glas Trösch made the greatest leap forward: the company increased its ranking by 56 places to reach 49th place.
