Einsatz im Programm Pegasus

- Aufbau einer Middleware als Brücke zwischen verschiedenen externen Systemen (Modulen) und unternehmensinternen Systemen
Ermöglichung der Kommunikation mit spezifischen Funktionalitäten und des Stammdatenaustauschs zwischen Systemen durch die Funktion eines Vermittlers, der von verschiedenen Herstellern/Lieferanten genutzt werden kann.

- Aufbau einer Serviceplattform von Grund auf:
Arbeiten Sie an der Erstellung unseres POS-Kernsystems mit einem domänenorientierten Ansatz

Hard Skills
- Programming language: Java, (Type)JavaScript
- Frameworks/Technologies: Angular, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes
- Database/Storage: PostgreSQL and Kafka
- Version control: Practical experience in the daily use of Git with pull request–based workflows working within a monorepo.
- CI/CD: Experience in continuous development with GitHub Actions serving as a continuous integration and deployment platform
- Automated testing: Experienced in unit-, integration- and system-testing
- Deployment & infrastucture: Terraform, ArgoCD
- Lifecycle-Management: Experience in managing the software lifecycle, from dev to ops incl. deployment, maintenance and scaling)
- Monitoring and logging: Proficient in implementing and integrating monitoring platforms like Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus with various solutions for comprehensive system observability

Experience:
- Software architecture: Understanding of software architecture principles, particularly in the areas of microservices, REST-APIs, cloud-based architectures and modulithic system design
- Cloud-Technology: AWS
- Agile methodology: Experienced in agile methods like Scrum and Kanban
- Collaboration: Jira and Confluence, MS Teams

Soft Skills:
- Teamwork: work well in a cross country and remote team
- Analytical and pragmatic approach: Ability to analyse complex problems and find pragmatic solutions (sustainable and efficient)
- Communication: Clear and transparent communication, written as well as spoken. Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Self-responsible: Proactive and hands-on, voice concerns, think of different ways, offer solutions
