What can you expect among your tasks:

  • Supporting our key life sciences accounts in the managed services provider model (MSP)
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage top-tier talent within the Life Sciences industry
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing and selection
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with contingent workers, fostering a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Networking with existing clients in the Program to generate information that opens up further business opportunities
  • Carrying out all the administrative tasks involved in recruitment, such as writing advertisements, placing vacancies, making telephone enquiries and obtaining references, work permits and all other documents required

What can you expect among your tasks:

  • qualifications

    Profile Requirement:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
    • Proven experience as a recruiter within the agency environment, with a focus on contingent workforce management
    • In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour laws and regulations, particularly as they relate to temporary staffing
    • As an advantage strong understanding of life sciences industry
    • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes while maintaining attention to detail
    • Result- oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
    • A networked way of thinking, independent approach, enthusiasm and flexibility as well as perseverance round off your profile
    • You have a talent for organization and are good at networking
    • A high level of quality and service orientation are a matter of course for you
    • Fluent German OR French and very good English skills are required for this position (verbal and written)
    • You are computer literate and able to quickly understand and operate new programs
