For one of our clients, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company specialized in rare inflammatory diseases, we are looking for a:
Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
Contract: Permanent
Location: Lausanne area (hybrid possible)
Starting Date: end of 2025
Your Tasks:
- Lead the company’s medical and clinical strategy
- Oversee all clinical development programs and regulatory submissions
- Ensure scientific and medical leadership in collaboration with executive and scientific teams
- Engage with regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders
- Represent the company in interactions with the Board and external partners
Your Background:
- Medical Degree (MD) with a strong background in Immunology
- Proven experience in Biologics License Applications (BLAs), particularly in:
- Preparing and managing regulatory submissions
- Leading programs through FDA approval in the US
- Demonstrated ability to drive clinical and regulatory strategies in biotech or pharmaceutical environments
- Fluent in English - other languages welcome
