Designing subsystems for medical technology using 2D and 3D CAD
Ensuring the preparation of documentation (drawings, parts lists and pictograms) for parts production
Creation of production drawings suitable for manufacturing in accordance with Jabil standards
Coordinate and process change requests
Careful handling of materials and machines
Knowing and following all instructions and guidelines necessary for the preparation of drawings
Developing solution proposals and solution variants according to the instructions of the project manager or supervisor
Modeling of implants and instruments based on the specifications of the Product Development Centers on 3D CAD
Member of the project team for new products
Technical support of the production department
- Design and drawing of simple fixtures and tools according to production requirements as well as simple test fixtures according to Q department requirements
- Data preparation for production, PDC's and third party suppliers
- Ensuring own deputization
- Collaboration in the areas of LEAN / 5S etc. (team)
- Support in the training of apprentices
- Support in standardization of Jabil projects
- Knowing and following the guidelines regarding code of conduct, ethics and compliance programs as well as all other relevant Jabil regulations
