As part of the Global Drug Substance Development department, you will join a team of motivated scientists dedicated to develop and optimize process for production of new biological therapeutics.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and operating experimental studies to evaluate robotic screening processes in the development of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute experimental studies to assess the effectiveness of robotic screening in process development for mAbs.
- Ensure the traceability of raw data throughout experimental studies to maintain data integrity and reproducibility.
- Participate in training sessions and assist in routine analysis using the robotic screening platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Document experimental procedures and results in compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and publications.
