Uber Eats connects restaurants, couriers, and customers through innovative technologies, creating seamless delivery experiences. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual for the field team who will help expand the network in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
Task:
- Customer Focused Support: Provide top-tier in-person customer support, effectively communicating with drivers, earners, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience.
- Drive Growth: Proactively engage with drivers, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Uber and facilitating new sign-ups.
- Support Success: Offer continuous support to our drivers and help them maximize their earnings by addressing challenges and providing valuable resources.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Be the go-to person for troubleshooting issues, offering actionable feedback to improve processes and policies, while supporting operational monitoring in real-time.
- Event Planning & Execution: Assist with organizing local events and promotional activities to engage and energize the community.
- Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and provide insights that help us continuously improve our support processes and build a better customer experienc
