Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Coordination, organization, and monitoring of temperature-controlled air and road transport for national and international shipments
- Planning and management of shipping activities in close cooperation with clients
- Preparation of export documents (e.g., pro forma invoices, packing lists, dangerous goods certificates, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal regulations and internal compliance guidelines
- Processing customs declarations via the ExpoVit system.
- Serving as the central point of contact for export inquiries within the company
Your profile:
- Professional experience in export and/or import
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Structured, proactive, and independent work style
- High quality and responsibility awareness
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Good computer skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
