- Manages a team responsible for maintaining relationships with Digital talent and facilitating their career navigation and job matching processes
- Leads the use of advanced analytics and predictive insights to make data-driven decisions on Digital talent trends, retention risks, and talent engagement strategies
- Oversees the skills assessment process and ensures the creation of complete development plans within the specialization
- Leads initiatives to manage workforce-related costs effectively by balancing professional staffing levels, optimizing (contingent) workforce utilization, and implementing cost-saving strategies
- Monitors industry trends, technological advancements, and business shifts to ensure talent development plans enable sustainable talent deployability within the specialization
- Maintains a robust pool of Digital talents for senior positions through networking
