Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to manage and deliver technical investment projects within a production environment. This role combines technical project management, engineering expertise, and cross-functional leadership to drive impactful improvements in production processes and business performance.

Technical Project Management (60%)

• Lead the planning and execution of small to mid-sized investment projects impacting production and business outcomes
• Perform process engineering calculations and plant optimizations
• Conduct feasibility studies for new installations or modifications of existing plants
• Develop cost estimates, schedules, and functional concepts
• Support production adjustments and new product launches

Concept Development (20%)

• Develop and evaluate technical solution concepts
• Assess advantages, disadvantages, and feasibility of different approaches
• Provide clear recommendations based on engineering and business considerations

Team Coordination & Resource Management (10%)

• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Identify and organize internal and external resources
• Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Process Optimization & Knowledge Transfer (10%)

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
• Implement optimizations and support knowledge sharing across teams

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a technical university or college
• Preferred fields:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Process Engineering / Technology
  • Chemical or Biochemical Engineering

Experience

• 3–10 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is required
