- Il Responsabile Tecnico assolve agli adempimenti previsti per tale posizione, secondo quanto definito dalla Legislazione Svizzera Swiss Medic, ed in particolare:vigila che ogni lotto di medicinali sia prodotto e controllato con l'osservanza delle norme di legge (dell'Ordinanza sull'autorizzazione per i medicamenti, OAM del 17 ottobre 2001, in vigore dal 01 gennaio 2002 e della Legge sugli agenti terapeutici, LATer del 15 dicembre 2000.
