Quality Control Analyst

The newly formed “ QC Digital Backbone - Master Data Management” team in the QC Master Data Department (MMQIAB8R) is seeking an experienced and motivated QC Analyst to support the department.

The ideal candidate has completed vocational training with many years of professional experience or holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree. At least three years of professional experience in Quality Control are required, as well as several years of experience working with LIMS systems. The department uses LabWare.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Creation and maintenance of local and, if necessary, global master data in the area/system under responsibility, in compliance with GxP regulations
• Ensuring the timely and accurate execution of tasks within the area of responsibility (Single LIMS, Aspire & Speca)
• Support of the respective systems, including incident management, documentation, and reporting
• Consulting function based on specific system and process expertise
• Participation in audits/self-inspections

Must Haves:

• Completed education Extensive professional experience or a degree (BSc/MSc) in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical field
• Professional experience with LIMS systems, preferably LabWare
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in quality control
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated work environment
• Proficient in using common IT systems in the pharmaceutical industry
• Fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• High quality awareness and an independent, results-oriented, and assertive work style
