What makes you successful
- Degree in Natural Sciences, Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Food
Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- Strong laboratory background and sound understanding of laboratory
workflows and processes - Experience with laboratory software such as LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS, or
similar systems - Good understanding of instrument connectivity, network communication, file
exchange protocols, and data integration concepts - Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., SQL, XML, Python, APIs, or
similar technologies) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
