Project Lead (Technical / Engineering) – GMP Environment<p>Visp, Switzerland (On-site)<br />Full-time<br />Start Date: No later than May 4, 2026</p>About the Role<p>We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to manage and deliver technical investment projects within a production environment. This role combines technical project management, engineering expertise, and cross-functional leadership to drive impactful improvements in production processes and business performance.</p>Key Responsibilities<h3>Technical Project Management (60%)</h3><ul><li>Lead the planning and execution of small to mid-sized investment projects impacting production and business outcomes</li><li>Perform process engineering calculations and plant optimizations</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies for new installations or modifications of existing plants</li><li>Develop cost estimates, schedules, and functional concepts</li><li>Support production adjustments and new product launches</li></ul><h3>Concept Development (20%)</h3><ul><li>Develop and evaluate technical solution concepts</li><li>Assess advantages, disadvantages, and feasibility of different approaches</li><li>Provide clear recommendations based on engineering and business considerations</li></ul><h3>Team Coordination & Resource Management (10%)</h3><ul><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization</li><li>Identify and organize internal and external resources</li><li>Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery</li></ul><h3>Process Optimization & Knowledge Transfer (10%)</h3><ul><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains</li><li>Implement optimizations and support knowledge sharing across teams</li></ul>Your Profile<h3>Education</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a technical university or college</li><li>Preferred fields:<ul><li>Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Process Engineering / Technology</li><li>Chemical or Biochemical Engineering</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li>3–10 years of relevant professional experience</li><li>Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is required</li></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong ability to apply technical expertise in practical environments</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Independent, structured, and flexible working style</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Understanding of business and financial processes</li><li>Proven ability to lead within a matrix organization</li><li>Innovative and solution-oriented mindset</li></ul><h3>Languages</h3><ul><li>Fluent German (required)</li><li>Advanced English (written and spoken)</li></ul>What We’re Looking For<ul><li>Highly motivated and proactive individual</li><li>Strong ownership mindset and accountability</li><li>Ability to understand complex systems and translate them into actionable solutions</li><li>Structured thinker with a hands-on approach</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>Location: Visp, Switzerland (100% on-site)</li><li>Latest start date: May 4, 2026</li></ul>
