Why This Role Is Needed
Current launch planning and reporting activities require a more integrated, automated, and scalable solution to support an expanding launch portfolio. This contractor will provide specialized Smartsheet expertise to:
- Design and implement a global launch management blueprint.
- Build standardized launch templates, workspaces, dashboards, and workflows.
- Improve visibility of milestones, risks, dependencies, and supply readiness.
- Reduce manual reporting effort through automation and enhanced data governance.
- Enable executive-level portfolio reporting and decision-making through connected Smartsheet and Power BI solutions.
Key Deliverables
- Smartsheet architecture and solution design for PLCM Launch for Growth.
- Launch workspaces, Control Center configuration, automated workflows, and governance framework.
- Executive dashboards and portfolio reporting capabilities.
- Standardized launch planning templates and data structures.
- Integration support with reporting tools such as Power BI where appropriate.
- User training materials, adoption support, and best-practice documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Advanced Smartsheet expertise, including Control Center, dashboards, reports, forms, and automation.
- Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale Smartsheet solutions.
- Strong business analysis capabilities and ability to translate complex requirements into practical digital solutions.
- Experience in supply chain, project management, product launches, or lifecycle management environments.
- Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience preferred.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills.
Reporting Structure
The role will operate as an individual contributor contractor with no direct reports,
reporting to PLCM leadership (Global Head of Product Lifecycle Management or
delegate) and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across GSC,
Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and S&OP.

Specialized Smartsheet architecture expertise is required to establish the digital
backbone for Launch for Growth, enabling standardized launch execution, portfolio visibility, automation, and scalable governance across PLCM.
