Your Role as a Software Engineer
You are an experienced Software Engineer who works independently and with minimal guidance on larger projects. You plan and execute your tasks autonomously, actively contribute to code quality, and ensure our systems remain stable and scalable.
Your Responsibilities
Development & Quality Assurance: You write code independently for new products, perform comprehensive testing (such as unit, integration, and security tests), and provide constructive feedback during code reviews.
Support & System Maintenance: You are responsible for the analysis and resolution of technical issues (triage & debugging), support the team with process automation, and improve our testing and monitoring infrastructure.
Strategic Contributions: You participate in design discussions, assist in creating documentation, and identify and reduce technical debt to ensure long-term maintainability.
Your Profile
Fundamental knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Proven experience in debugging, diagnosis, and resolution.
Knowledge of test automation and the development of modern web applications.
You have experience in system design and software system architecture.
You are able to work independently and successfully navigate internal processes and teams
