This is a balanced hybrid position:
? 50% hands-on electronics design (hardware, schematics, PCB layout)
? 50% technical project leadership (guiding internal and external engineers, ensuring
design quality and alignment with project goals)
You’ll collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Product Lead within a focused
6-person team (3 internal, 3 external) to bring innovative product concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities
? Lead prototype and concept development of electronic hardware systems.
? Design and develop microcontroller-based digital and mixed-signal circuits
using Altium Designer.
? Oversee and technically guide external hardware design partners.
? Define and validate hardware–firmware interfaces; ensure reliable serial
communication (RS485, RSC 200. 000).
? Manage and document product data in SAP, Confluence, and MS Office.
? Contribute to design reviews, technical decisions, and continuous improvement in the
early product lifecycle.
Your Profile
? Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
? 8+ years of experience in hardware development for embedded or industrial
products.
? Deep understanding of microcontrollers, digital/mixed-signal design, and serial
communication standards (RS485, ideally RSC 200. 000).
? Strong proficiency with Altium Designer.
? Experience working with SAP and Confluence.
? Proven ability to lead projects or teams in a technical leadership capacity.
? Fluent in German (English is a plus).
