From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work. <br />In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:<ul><li>Sharing leading practices and your experiences, contributing to a technical ERP architecture that meets client needs and objectives</li><li>Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics across the integrations and data migration domains</li><li>Lead Discovery session with client for each domain specific integration???</li><li>Deliver requirements and design documents to developers???</li><li>Managing and guiding a team of Workday Integrations and/or Data Migration consultants</li><li>Liaising closely with client counterparts, colleagues and Workday to achieve a robust solution</li><li>Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday?Cloud?HCM & Financials system?</li><li>Intermediate understanding of ETL scripts and methodology to load data into Workday.</li><li>Active involvement in (pre-)sales activities to shape the right offering for our prospective clients</li></ul>You ideally have a strong technical background and have spent a couple of years on the Workday Financial Management platform, either as a consultant or in client role owning and driving the Workday agenda.<br />You’re motivated, solution-oriented, and able to independently find solutions. You have experience in managing and communicating with different stakeholders in Finance.
