HR Generalist for Nestlé (m/f/d)
Join our inhouse Randstad team at Nestlé and become part of a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking HR environment. In this multifaceted role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality HR services to temporary employees across various businesses within the Nestlé group. Your contribution will ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the employee lifecycle, supporting both operational needs and HR initiatives.
Your typical day:
- Developing a lasting partnership with key contacts in the client's group (Site Director, HR Managers, Sector Managers)
- Delivering outstanding talent acquisition partnering for temporary hires
- Continuously optimizing work processes
- Managing HR administration: staff arrivals/departures, contracts/amendments, absences, certificates/attestations, and social insurance management
- Processing payroll: entering time reports, checking salaries according to the collective bargaining agreement (CCT), and managing parameters related to social contributions and tax deductions
- Supporting the team with certain recruitment activities for temporary and permanent employees for different entities scattered around Switzerland
- Mentoring and evaluating temporary employees
- Monitoring HR and TA performance indicators
