As a member of the Brand IP team, you'll handle crucial administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in this department. Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, reception, and delivery according to specific requirements.
Handling general administrative tasks such as signatures, document legalization/notarization, with the possibility of in-person visits to the notary in case of urgent delays.
Coordinating individual transfer contracts, legalization processes, and sending final documents to agents with transfer instructions.
Ordering commercial registry extracts, coordinating translations, and managing related expenses in Concur.
Loading messages/files into the database for folder updates.
Tracking legal requirements by country.
Processing brand use authorizations, archiving license agreements, and managing copyright transfer contracts.Organizing celebration cards (physical and virtual), collections, and gifts for team events or departures.
Arranging meetings, managing business travel operations and expense reports, and supporting advisors with registrations and miscellaneous requests/modifications.
Coordinating internal and external visits, including authorization, scheduling individual meetings, booking meeting rooms, and hosting visitors.
Undertaking various secondary tasks to ensure departmental smooth operation, such as managing office supplies and addressing technical issues.
