Senior Solutions Architect AI Developer (Remote)
Randstad Digital is partnering with a leading international organization based in Geneva to find an experienced Senior AI Developer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead and architect AI implementations across a diverse range of business applications. While the organization is based in Geneva, this is a fully remote position.
The Role
As a Senior Solution Architect and AI Developer, you will be responsible for the solution architecture, development leadership, and expert support for AI implementations across multiple applications. You will also coordinate a small software team as a lead developer as needed.
Your Responsibilities
... Architect, design, develop, and oversee the development of AI features across a wide range of business software systems.
Gather, interpret, and analyze business requirements related to the applications.
Engage with technical and business stakeholders to ensure systems are properly architected and can be easily maintained.
Lead the development process in an iterative/agile way, producing working builds for feedback at the end of each sprint.
Assist the team in improving software development practices.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies, and assess their impact on delivering and supporting complex software applications.
Deliver complete technical and user documentation.
Ensure alignment with WIPO's technical standards and procedures, including activity tracking with JIRA and CI/CD pipeline usage.
Your Profile
Senior-level experience with 10+ years of professional experience.
Proven and extensive experience in solution and system architecture for AI and big data applications..
Extensive hands-on experience in software development with Java, NodeJS, and Python.
Experience with Agile practices is mandatory.
Desirable skills include DevSecOps (CI/CD), MLOps, Cloud/AWS, and data management.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in English.
