Ihre Aufgaben

  • Präzisionsfertigung: Herstellung von Apparaten, Behältern und Komponenten aus hochwertigen Edelstählen.

  • Schweisstechnik: Anwendung anspruchsvoller Schweissverfahren (WIG) für rostfreie Maschinen, inklusive der geforderten Nahtqualität für die Pharma-Industrie.

  • Planumsetzung: Selbstständiges Arbeiten nach komplexen Konstruktionszeichnungen und technischen Plänen.

  • Qualitätsstandard: Sicherstellung der GMP-konformen Fertigung und Durchführung von Masskontrollen.

  • Qualification

    Ihr Profil
    • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Anlagen- und Apparatebauer, Metallbauschlosser oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im im industriellen Apparatebau (idealerweise im Bereich Pharma/Chemie/Food)
    • Sehr gute Schweisskenntnisse inklusive gültiger Schweisser-Zertifikate (Fokus Edelstahl)
    • Absolut sattelfest im Lesen und Verstehen von technischen Zeichnungen
    • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (für GMP-Dokumentation und Pläne zwingend)
    • Exakte, saubere Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
