Responsibilities: As a Business Process Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving workflows. Your day-to-day activities will involve identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing solutions to optimize effectiveness. You will collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases, as well as design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as will providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended. Expert proficiency in Process Design Mapping and Analysis is suggested.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders. Develop comprehensive documentation to support process improvements and design.
Utilize data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Implement best practices in process design to enhance operational efficiency.
Continuously seek feedback from users to iterate and improve processes.
• Language skills: English and French fluent
• Work location: Switzerland, onsite in Altkirch (France) <50% of the time
• Seniority: Senior
