    • Duration: Full-time internship for the summer period, with a potential hourly extension option during the academic year based on performance.

    • Workplace: Zurich (HQ) / Baden

    • Workload: 80–100%

    • Remote/Home Office: Hybrid – mainly remote, with presence in the Zurich office 1–2 times per week.



       

    Tasks & Responsibilities

     
    • Procurement Support & Learning: Assist in the development and implementation of Corporate Procurement strategies under the guidance of senior experts.

    • Sourcing Activities: Support sourcing processes for Indirect Spend Categories and participate in eRfX (Request for X) workflows.

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with internal stakeholders across the organization to understand supplier relationship management and corporate dynamics.

    • Project Contribution: Assist in the execution of procurement initiatives related to Risk Management, Sustainability, and Supply Base Management.

    • Process Excellence: Help maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with global standards.

    • Reporting: Provide regular updates and support reporting tasks for the Co-Head of Corporate Procurement or designated mentor.



       

    Qualifications

     
    • Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields).

    • Communication Skills: Strong written communication for reports and documentation; comfortable presenting findings to team members.

    • Interpersonal Skills: A proactive collaborator with a willingness to engage with colleagues at various levels and incorporate feedback.

    • Organizational Talent: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a detail-oriented approach to deadlines.

    • Analytical Mindset: A curious "problem-solver" attitude with the ability to think creatively when facing obstacles.

    • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage.

    • Experience: Previous exposure to procurement or supply chain concepts is a plus, but a strong desire to learn is the priority.
