For our client, a company specialized in advanced technologies for the healthcare industry, we are looking for a
Customer Service Specialist
Duration: until end of Q1 2026
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: Greater Lausanne area
Workload: 100% - 3 days/week remote
Your responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer and distributor inquiries via phone and email regarding orders, quotations, product requests, returns, or complaints
- Process sales orders and service requests accurately in ERP and CRM systems (SAP and Salesforce)
- Monitor and follow up on open orders, RMAs, and service tickets
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date customer contact information
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Regulatory
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Your profile
- First experience (1–2 years) in a similar customer service, sales support, or administrative role
- Fluent in French and English; very good knowledge of a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) required - German can also be considered, instead.
- Experience in Medical Devices (or Pharmaceuticals) industries is a strong asset
- Proficient with MS Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
- Service-oriented, well-organized, detail-focused, and structured in your work
