What to Expect:
- Your role is versatile and varied. You will take responsibility for various administrative areas and ensure that our HR and benefits programs function optimally:
Employee Administration: You will manage the entire employee lifecycle?from hiring and contract renewals to termination processes. This also includes handling expatriate and trainee programs, as well as overseeing retirement processes.
Data Maintenance: You are responsible for carefully maintaining personnel records, including career history, insurance and retirement documents, as well as information on illnesses, absences, transfers, and salary progression.
Reporting: You will create statistical reports for internal management (e.g., on employee demographics, turnover, or overtime) and for external parties such as government agencies, insurance companies, or unions.
Benefits: You will assist with the administration and implementation of our rewards programs, including compensation and employee benefits. You may also be responsible for selecting and managing external HR outsourcing vendors. -
