For our client, Société des Produits Nestlé SA (NPTC), Orbe, we are currently looking for a:

Junior Data Analyst

Temporary assignment ? 9 months (until end of November)

Start date: ASAP
Work rate: 50% to 60% (3 working days per week)

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Manage R&D time tracking routines, including reminders, user maintenance and CTE (Collective Time Entry) inputs
Monitor and support email automation processes using Power Automate, in collaboration with Data Analytics team (Nestlé Business Intelligence)
Update the R&D Launch Calendar on a quarterly basis
Identify and resolve discrepancies between HR SAP and R&D time tracking data (twice a year: June and November), including data preparation and follow-up
Develop, optimize, and automate portfolio reporting using Power BI
Conduct mid-year portfolio compliance assessments and support Project Managers in closing identified gaps in different data platforms (Idea2Launch, Doxis, PPRM SharePoints)

Qualification
What will make you successful :
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Economics or Data Science
- Strong interest in data analysis and data-driven environments
- Good knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and MS Office
- Basic to intermediate programming skills (e.g. Python, SQL or similar) are a strong asset
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders (internal & external)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
