Tasks & Responsibilities: ...
- Operational execution of re-launch activities as part of the indication expansion for one of our products
- Handle operational marketing tasks and event management
- Development and implementation of the marketing plan, including sales forecasts and budget control
- Review and confirm marketing materials
- Creation of materials for the field sales force, mailings, advertisements, and conference booths
- Planning and implementation of digital and multichannel marketing campaigns
- Manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relations and pass relevant information to doctors/clients
- Training and supporting the field sales force, providing expert support to customers, organizing information events and workshops, and representing the company at national congresses
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements (e.g., VITH, Pharma Code, etc.)
- Utilize Veritas as the primary operational platform
Your Profile:
- Education: BSc or MSc in natural sciences/relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology)
- Experience: 1-5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing or similar roles; experience in neurology is an advantage
- Domain Knowledge: Life Sciences background is preferred, specifically with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or neurology/immunology experience
- Languages: fluent English and German; French/Italian skills are an advantage
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss pharmaceutical market/healthcare system as well as statutory regulations and industry codes
- Ideally, experience in the approval process for marketing materials for prescription medicines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented personality with an agile, independent way of working and high level of commitment
- Strong analytical skills, as well as experience in structuring, tracking, and implementing complex projects
