Participation in launch projects, product phase-outs, product updates, or production transfers through supply chain and master data expertise
Coordination of material supply, supply chain readiness, and ERP system setup in transfer and launch projects for devices, accessories, and spare parts
Primary requirements planning, if necessary in the APO system, based on internal and external specifications (project/sales plan) for products up to series production and handover to the buyers and planners
Material requirements and capacity planning for devices, accessories, and spare parts during the project phase
Creation of production orders for materials up to series production or handover to the buyers and planners
Procurement of materials during the project phase and monitoring of timely product availability
Material and inventory management during the project phase
Creation of material master data for devices, accessories, and spare parts prior to launch in the ERP system
Recording, reviewing, and, if necessary, changing or supplementing the basic data in the material master for new materials up to series production
Participation in the initial supply chain design and definition of initials Scheduling parameters; handover to Buyers & Planners after series production starts
Recording and updating production bills of materials in the ERP system for new products up to series production and handover to Buyers & Planners
Ensuring high material master data quality throughout the product lifecycle in cooperation with data owners of specific material master data
Tracking and transparency regarding the expected post-launch SMCs of the product
Deputizing for colleagues within the department during absences
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on supply chain or logistics
At least two years of relevant professional experience after graduation (internships, theses, and other activities during your studies are not eligible)
Experience with SAP ERP - MM, PP, (Master Data)
Affinity for data
