Hands-on Execution: Focus on the day-to-day activation of our paid media strategy.
Platform Management: Get directly involved with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
Reporting: Create dashboards and provide insights based on actual market performance.
Agency Support: Align with and brief external agencies on specific activations for search, display, and social.
Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization to keep our performance sharp.
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media, particularly with Google and Meta.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
Data-Driven: You are analytical and comfortable using Excel to manage data.
Team Player: You work well under pressure and can interface constructively with external partners.
Languages: English is essential; German or French is a plus.
You’ll be part of the Digital Marketing team within our Brand & Consumer division, working directly with our eCommerce and Content teams to keep our global presence moving.
