Responsibilities:
Developing innovative design concepts and collaborating with project and product teams to find effective solutions
Creating manufacturing-ready designs for new components, working closely with various departments to proactively implement design solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field
Proven technical knowledge in designing plastic and stamped/bent components. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems for low-voltage products is a plus
Strong proficiency in CAD software (preferably SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
Excellent communication skills in both German and English, spoken and written
A high degree of self-motivation and a results-oriented approach with a positive attitude
