An industrial company is looking for an R&D Project Manager to support the development of dry-type transformer technologies. You will be part of a multidisciplinary innovation team, contributing to new product development and performance improvements.

You will lead end-to-end R&D projects and play a central role in executing the technology roadmap.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and manage product development projects for dry-type transformers, from initial concept to industrial implementation
Use project management tools and methodologies to ensure delivery on time, quality, and within scope
Work cross-functionally with teams in design, production, and quality to align on project goals and deliverables
Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders, managing changes in timeline, scope, and technical priorities
Support the deployment of developed solutions in production sites and customer applications
Promote the dry-type transformer portfolio internally and externally
Identify and propose future innovations based on market insights and customer feedback
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including universities and technical partners, to drive technological advancement
Your Profile
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
Experience in managing technical projects; knowledge of transformer technology is a plus but not essential
Familiar with project coordination tools and structured development processes
Strong communication and planning skills, with a proactive and structured approach
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to explore new technical domains
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to contribute to innovative industrial solutions
